Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Childcare service, Party, Subscription, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of CW Active Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.


CW Active Ltd offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted. Once validated by CW Active Ltd you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to our website terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated.

An email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your child's place on an CW Active Ltd activity.
For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY camp or course to those booking and paying at least 24 hours in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and meets the conditions for such event as listed on our website.
All bookings once made and confirmed by us are final and non-refundable. CW Active Ltd will, at its discretion try and accommodate any request to change a date or venue, however please note any change will be subject to an administrative fee. All such requests must be made in writing, no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the course. Should your child be ill on the day of a course and pre booking and payment has been made, if CW Active are informed an hour before the start time then a full refund can be issued. 


CW Active Ltd from time to time offers promotions in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions.


CW Active Ltd may from time to time take photographs/film of CW Active Ltd camps and clubs, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising CW Active Ltd events through CW Active Ltd literature, website, press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make CW Active Ltd aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible CW Active Ltd will inform parents/guardians at the start of a camp).
CW Active will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


CW Active Ltd staffs hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy is available on request.


CW Active Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a CW Active Ltd event.  Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.


A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. CW Active  Ltd coaches hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a CW Active Ltd Camp which involves football, hockey or another contact sport.

CW Active Ltd reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity provided and weather conditions.


Any medical conditions that participant may have must be fully disclosed
(1) at the time of booking in writing to CW Active Ltd at registration and
(2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue.


CW Active Ltd only accepts liability for personal injury or death of any participant attending a CW Active Ltd activity directly caused by its negligence or negligence of its staff.


In the event that CW Active Ltd has to cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the person who booked, no written request is required.
In the event of inclement weather, all CW Active  Ltd events have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of CW Active  Ltd staff.



Copies of CW Active  Ltd policies and procedures are available upon request, but can be viewed on our website.


In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior coach at the event. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our company director within 7 days of child’s attendance on the course.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
Refunds will only be issued if CW Active Ltd is proven to be in breach of our terms & conditions.
